Prerace coverage will begin at 2:30 p.m. with “Countdown to Green” on NBCSN. The race telecast will begin at 3 p.m. ET. Sunday
“Countdown to Green” will begin at 2:30 p.m. ET and the race will air at 3:30 p.m. ET. What time does the NASCAR races start today?
The weekend races at Pocono have different TV and green flag times.
The green flag on Saturday’s race will drop at 3:19 p.m. ET. Sunday’s green flag will drop at 3:49 p.m.
Rain could affect those times. The National Weather Service forecast for Long Pond, Pa., site of Pocono Raceway, calls for a slight chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms both days and high temperatures between 85 and 90. The chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
