Unfortunately for most fans outside of the Cleveland and Baltimore areas, though, they won’t be able to find Browns vs. Ravens on TV. In the early CBS viewing window Sunday, most of the country will be presented different games; the one exception is the area around Mayfield’s college stomping grounds in Oklahoma.

Week 4 NFL PICKS:Against the spread | Straight-up picks

While Mayfield and Jackson are the headliners, Browns vs. Ravens is intriguing for reasons far beyond the young passers. This is a key game in the early AFC North race. SN’s Bill Bender believes it’s a perfect chance for Cleveland to get back on track in a season it hoped would result in a playoff appearance. A Browns win could reverse the trend of this rivalry, as the Ravens have won six of their last seven matchups and lead the all-time series 30-10.

Based on recent history, Mayfield has a good chance to improve upon his so-far disappointing play this season. He is looking for his third straight game against Baltimore in which he has passed for more than 325 yards and a touchdown.

Of course, Mayfield’s counterpart Sunday is the only QB with 800-plus passing yards and 100-plus rushing yards in the NFL this season. The Browns need to contain Jackson to have any shot at a victory.
