NBC — along with several other TV networks — will cut away from its regularly scheduled programming at roughly 7:55 p.m. ET to broadcast Biden’s speech, interrupting the highly anticipated ACC matchup between the top-ranked Tigers and fourth-ranked Fighting Irish. Kickoff for Notre Dame-Clemson is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET, meaning fans can watch roughly a half-hour of football on NBC before it cuts away. Fans who want to continue watching the game, however, will be able to do so on USA Network....
